William P. Dillon is the Founder of Inner City Impact and has served for over 45 years, previously as Executive Director, now as Chairman Emeritus. His family has been involved in inner city ministry in Chicago for three generations (over 100 years) and Bill has over 45 years of fund raising experience.
Bill has authored People Raising: a Practical Guide to Raising Support, now in a 14th printing, and does fund raising consulting through People Raising.
Bill is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute, Elmhurst College and earned his MBA from Murray State University. He and his wife Sandy, have three children.
Bill has served on boards for Moody Bible Institute Alumni Association; Association of North American Missions; AWANA Clubs International. He gave leadership and direction in the raising of $1,000,000 for the “Say Yes Chicago” Luis Palau campaign.
Bill was honored by Moody Bible Institute as Alumnus of the Year in 2005.
