Look for Replacements

As you raise funds, there will be times when faithful donors are unable to give financially. It could be as simple as financial set backs or as serious as a life-altering distraction such as a serious illness or death.

I would suggest 2 things:

1. Take the opportunity to pray for them

2. Ask if they would introduce you to another person who might be able to possibly replace their giving

I tried this approach and was introduced to a person who made a first-time gift of $5,000.

Be on the look-out for replacements!
