$300 Early Bird Registration by Jul 1, 2010
$350 After Jul 1, 2010 (Registration deadline is Jul 9, 2010.)

• Late Registration Fee (after July 9) is $50 additional.

Accommodations and meals not available.

Cancellations:
No refund will be available for any cancellations after the July 9 registration deadline. Cancellations prior to July 9 will incur a $75 cancellation fee, and the balance of fees paid will be refunded.
