Cost: (two day conference)
$300 Early Bird Registration by Jul 1, 2009
$350 After Jul 1, 2009 (Registration deadline is Jul 14, 2009.)
Fee includes registration and 3 meals (dinner the 1st day, breakfast and lunch the 2nd day).

• Full payment must accompany each registration.
• Spouse Discount! Save $75 when both spouses register (Contact People Raising after registering.)
• Late Registration Fee (after July 14) is $50 additional.

Accommodations and meals not available.

Cancellations:
No refund will be available for any cancellations after the July 14 registration deadline. Cancellations prior to July 14 will incur a $75 cancellation fee, and the balance of fees paid will be refunded.
