Do you want to take your coaching
ministry to the next level?
Are you looking for new techniques
that will help you and your staff
raise needed support? |
We have redesigned the Advanced Conference to add value to you and the role you play in coaching others.
Our focus is on “hands on training”. We are asking you to come as a participant willing to work as a team to design and create strategies that will take your coaching to the next level. The basic coaches gave you the basics, valuable input that would reduce the time and fear of raising support. Now the Advanced Conference will allow you to pick up valuable skills that you can take home and apply immediately, making you and your organization far more effective.
By the end of the Advanced Conference you will be able to accomplish the following:
- Design a program that will put your people on a fast track and reduce the time it takes to raise needed support. Leaving the starting line is a key part of any race.
- Identify and address specific fears faced by those in fund raising.
- Formulate multiple strategies to assist staff on expanding their contacts.
- Practice and redesign role playing the ask for funds and handling objections.
- Identify different personality types your staff will encounter and develop a strategy to deal with each.
- Identify when a prospect is ready to be asked.
- Analyze ways to motivate staff through the fund raising process.
- Network with others who serve as fund raising coaches.

"If there is a bogeyman in the missionary candidate's closet, it is likely the prospect of raising his own support too often seen as begging for money... The seasoned missionary, candidate or entire candidate school will profit from reading and studying this book."
